Ingredients: 4 tsp (20 g) tomato sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce (30 g), 2 teaspoons chilli sauce (10 g), 1 teaspoon (5 g) white sugar, 1 teaspoon (5 g) fennel seeds, 1 tbsp (15 g) cooked sesame seeds , 1 tablespoon melon seeds (15g), 2 teaspoons parsley (10g), 1 teaspoon (5g) of green onion, 2 tablespoons (10ml) soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of water (30ml)
Practice: Mix all ingredients together and stir well.

1. The tomato is crushed into a boiled water, and the hot tomatoes are peeled off and cut into chunks.
2. Cut the tomato into a mixer and put it into a mud, and pour the tomato puree into a small pot.
3. Add the rock sugar to the tomato puree in the pot. After the pot is opened, transfer it to a small fire slowly until it is slightly viscous. Mix it halfway to avoid sticking.
4. When it is thick and sticky, it is squeezed into lemon juice and you can continue simmering for 2-3 minutes.
